Custom illustrations are the prettiest way to create the most memorable, meaningful, magical experience for your guest. With illustrations we can tell your own unique story and truly reflect your individual wedding.
Beautiful Embellishments are are a wonderful way to take your invitations to the next level. Some of our favourite embellishments include Envelope Calligraphy, silk or velvet ribbons, wax seals, vellum wraps and custom stamps.

The
Proposal
After you sent your quote request, we will get in touch to arrange a consultation call. We chat about your ideas, wishes and preferences. We also talk about your unique story and how this can shine through in your paperie. You’re welcome to ask all of your questions and we’ll guide you to perfect selections that will complement each other beautifully.
With all this in mind we create a proposal for you.

REVIEW
YOUR PROPOSAL
You will receive your customized proposal within a few days, providing detailed pricing for your invitation suite! Once the outline is approved by you, you can submit your deposit and we can get started.

Design
& Revisions
We then start the design process. You will receive the first draft of your invitation, we also visualize all embellishments like wax seals, envelopes, envelope liners, stamps, ribbons, so you can see what your final wedding suite will look like. Your order includes 2 rounds of revision to fine-tune your paperie until it is exactly the way you envisioned.

If we are working on a design that includes illustrations, we start with a pencil sketch first. You then give me feedback and we go back to the drawing board. With illustrations one revision is included, more can be booked additionally. Once the pencil sketches are perfect, we will get to work painting with ink and/or watercolor and digitize everything to be printed.

Production
& Delivery
When your suite is perfect, and you have approved your designs for print, the remaining balance is due before the production process will begin. Production takes between 1-5 weeks, depending on the items included in your suite.
Timeline
The design process and printing of your wedding stationery usually takes about 4–12 weeks, depending on the design we are creating. These are dHere is a breakdown of the timing you can expect.

We can often make it possible to offer express ervices. This is totally depending on workload at ny given time, please just contact us and we can have a look what it possible. Please keep in mind that express services will be charged at 50% extra.

Pricing
Wedding invitation costs vary, as every wedding has a different design and style, guest count and budget. A detailed quote can only be made after we had an in depth chat about your needs and wishes concerning your project. On average, most of our couples spend between 1000–6000 € on their wedding stationery.

Once your inquiry is received, we will create a proposal for you, based on the preferences submitted via the form below. For custom stationery, the average Nicnillas Ink couple invests 750–10.000 €, with a minimum investment of 750 € regardless of the quantity requested.
